What is this Site?

  • The South Bay FSBO is a FREE resource for people to post information about homes they are selling without the aid of traditional real estate agents.

    The site is also a great resource for buyers and real estate agents to learn about South Bay homes that are not listed on the MLS.

    Where noted, we identify if a FSBO property is cooporating with agents.

    Why are we doing this site?
    There are two reasons a site like the South Bay FSBO is benificial to us:
    1) We build goodwill within the FSBO community
    2) When and if a FSBO decides to enlist the services of a professional real estate team, we hope to be given the opportunity to present our marketing and sales plan.

    If you are looking for a home in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach or Torrance, please let us know–we'd love the opportunity to work with you.
